01Who processes your data

The controller of personal data is SLUW-EX s. r. o., which operates the Kuchyne FORK kitchen studio. You can contact us by e-mail or phone with any question about your data.

02What data we process and why

Inquiry through the website form

The form in the footer and on the Contact page asks for your full name, phone, e-mail and optionally a message. When you submit it, we also technically store the IP address from which the form was sent and where you came to the website from (e.g. a search engine).

• Purpose: handling your inquiry, preparing a quote and arranging a meeting at our studio.
• Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. We process the IP address on the basis of our legitimate interest in protecting the form from misuse — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
• Retention period: only for as long as necessary to handle your inquiry and related communication. If the inquiry becomes an order, we keep the data for the period required by accounting and tax regulations.

Phone and e-mail contact

If you call us or send an e-mail, we use your contact details and the content of the communication solely to reply and handle your request — on the same legal basis as for the form.

Anonymous visitor statistics

The website records which pages are viewed, where visitors came from and what type of device and browser they use. It does not use cookies for this and does not store IP addresses, so a record cannot be linked to a specific person. It only helps us understand what works on the website.

03Who we share data with

We do not sell your data. Only companies that help us run the website have access to it, and only to the extent necessary for their service:

• DHMBmarketing s.r.o., Ivánska cesta 30/B, 821 04 Bratislava — website management and operation, hosting and inquiry records on servers in the European Union.
• Resend (Resend, Inc., USA) — delivering the e-mail notification about your inquiry to our inbox. Any transfer to a third country takes place in accordance with Chapter V GDPR.
• Google (Google Ireland Limited) — the embedded map and fonts on the website. When they load, Google receives your IP address; see the Google Privacy Policy.

We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling.

04Your rights

You have the right to:

• request access to the data we hold about you and a copy of it,
• request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data,
• request erasure of data that is no longer needed,
• request restriction of processing,
• data portability,
• object to processing based on legitimate interest.
